exchange policy

 1. Important notes
  • OPINI does not accept returns or refunds for any reason.
  • Customers must record a video while unboxing their order. In case of any issues, this video is required to be eligible for an exchange.
  • In case a product is found to be defective, we will facilitate an exchange for a new product of the same design and size, and will cover 100% of the associated shipping costs. Without an unboxing video, we may cover up to 50% of the cost depending on the case.
  • Customers are responsible for all shipping costs (both ways) and any additional fees (if any) when exchanging sizes or models.
  • Each order can only be exchanged once and follows a one-for-one policy.
  • The new product selected for exchange must have an equal or higher value than the exchanged product. If the value is higher, the customer will need to pay the difference; if lower, we will not refund the difference.

** The policy does not apply to sale items.

 

  2. Exchange period
  • For in-store or online purchases in Vietnam: 3 days from the shipment date of your order.
  • For website purchases: 10 days from the shipment date of your order. Once your request approved, your return must arrive within 20 days - for a total limit of 30 days from the delivery date. Please do not send anything without confirmation.

** Especially for foreign customers purchasing in-store, we will not process exchanges if the customer reports an issue after returning to their home country, as it exceeds our policy processing time and is only applicable within Vietnam.

 

      3. Conditions for Exchange
    • Products must be unused, clean, unwashed, free from strange odors ( and accompanied by a receipt for customers purchasing in Vietnam).
    • Products must not have defects arising from storage and transportation by the buyer.

    OPINI reserves the right to refuse exchanges if the product does not meet the above conditions.
